In the event of transportation disruption due to natural disasters such as typhoons (e.g., flight or ferry cancellations), no cancellation fee will be charged. However, you must notify us no later than the scheduled day of arrival.
If we do not receive notice from you by then, or if notice is given after the scheduled arrival date, the standard cancellation fee will apply.
When canceling due to flight cancellation, please provide either an official cancellation certificate issued by the airline or the relevant inquiry number. Upon confirmation, we will issue a full refund.
Please note : If you cancel before the airline or transportation company officially announces a cancellation, it will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation and the standard cancellation fee will apply.

For reservations made via third-party booking sites, the cancellation policy of the respective site will apply.

The accommodation contract and any related agreements concluded between the accommodation and the guest shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Any matters not stipulated herein shall be subject to laws and generally established practices. If the accommodation agrees to a special contract that does not violate laws or established practices, such special contract shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

When applying for an accommodation contract, guests must provide:

  1. Name of guests
  2. Dates of stay and expected time of arrival
  3. Number of guests
  4. Other information deemed necessary by the accommodation

The accommodation contract is established when the accommodation accepts the application and confirms that payment has been completed.

The accommodation may refuse a reservation in the following cases:

  1. The application does not comply with these Terms and Conditions
  2. No rooms are available
  3. The guest may engage in acts contrary to public order or morals
  4. The guest is a member or affiliate of an organized crime group or other antisocial force
  5. The guest may cause significant inconvenience to other guests
  6. The guest is clearly suffering from a contagious disease
  7. Unavoidable circumstances exist such as natural disasters or facility malfunctions

Guests may cancel without charge by notifying the accommodation at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 4 days of check-in or no-shows without notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

However, if flights are canceled due to natural disasters such as typhoons, cancellation fees may be waived upon presentation of official proof.

The accommodation may cancel the contract in the following cases:

  1. The guest commits acts in violation of laws or public order
  2. The guest causes significant disturbance to other guests
  3. The guest makes violent demands
  4. The guest seriously violates the facility’s usage rules

Check-in: From 15:00
Check-out: By 10:00
(Self check-in system; the door code will be provided no later than the day before arrival.)

Accommodation fees must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
Additional charges will be added at the time of reservation.

  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility
  2. Entry by non-registered guests is not permitted
  3. Animals are not allowed on the premises
  4. No loud noise or illegal dumping of garbage

The accommodation is not responsible for accidents, theft, or natural disasters occurring during the stay.
In the event of damage to rooms or facilities, actual repair/replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
