Please provide proof of cancellation or suspension issued by the transport operator, or a reference number that allows us to verify it. If you cancel before the transport operator officially announces the cancellation or suspension, the standard cancellation policy will apply. For reservations made through third-party booking websites, such as Booking.com or Rakuten Travel, the cancellation terms displayed on the relevant booking website will apply. |
Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
The accommodation contract and any related agreements concluded between the accommodation and the guest shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Any matters not stipulated herein shall be subject to laws and generally established practices. If the accommodation agrees to a special contract that does not violate laws or established practices, such special contract shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
When applying for an accommodation contract, guests must provide:
- Name of guests
- Dates of stay and expected time of arrival
- Number of guests
- Other information deemed necessary by the accommodation
Article 3 (Establishment of Contract)
The accommodation contract is established when the accommodation accepts the application and confirms that payment has been completed.
Article 4 (Refusal of Contract)
The accommodation may refuse a reservation in the following cases:
- The application does not comply with these Terms and Conditions
- No rooms are available
- The guest may engage in acts contrary to public order or morals
- The guest is a member or affiliate of an organized crime group or other antisocial force
- The guest may cause significant inconvenience to other guests
- The guest is clearly suffering from a contagious disease
- Unavoidable circumstances exist such as natural disasters or facility malfunctions
Article 5 (Cancellation by the Guest)
Please refer to the “Cancellation Policy” above.
Article 6 (Cancellation by the Accommodation)
The accommodation may cancel the contract in the following cases:
- The guest commits acts in violation of laws or public order
- The guest causes significant disturbance to other guests
- The guest makes violent demands
- The guest seriously violates the facility’s usage rules
Article 7 (Check-in / Check-out)
Check-in: From 15:00
Check-out: By 10:00
(Self check-in system; the door code will be provided no later than the day before arrival.)
Article 8 (Payment)
Accommodation fees must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
Additional charges will be added at the time of reservation.
Article 9 (House Rules)
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility
- Entry by non-registered guests is not permitted
- Animals are not allowed on the premises
- No loud noise or illegal dumping of garbage
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The accommodation is not responsible for accidents, theft, or natural disasters occurring during the stay.
In the event of damage to rooms or facilities, actual repair/replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
